In order to ensure a good mix of churches, ages, and genders (of course), participants will be selected from all received applications. Two rounds of acceptance emails will be sent.

• First round of accepted participants will be notified by Monday, May 19th.
• Second round participants will be notified on or by Monday May 26th.

Why the two rounds?

Second round of notifications is there because if people decide not to participate after being accepted, we will need to fill their space.

Important note: We anticipate receiving far more applicants than we can accomodate so unfortunately, not everyone who applies will be able to participate. Please know that not being accepted has nothing to do with your datability or your personality or your worth in Christ.
